Whether a conflict avoider or a conflict “exploder”, you will receive coaching on how to articulate your needs more clearly and compassionately, and to hear the needs of the other person so you can work toward mutually agreeable solutions. We can work though specific conflict situations or simply increase your capacity to respond to whatever conflicts might arise.
Besides working on the practical skills needed for effective communication, we can explore the unconscious thoughts, habits, and patterns that may be contributing to conflicts in the first place. Through a combination of modalities, including Hakomi and the Work of Byron Katie, I will support you in an exploration of these unconscious beliefs and habits, allowing them to be brought into present moment awareness and integrated in a way that can be profoundly nourishing and healing.
